In light of things on Creditnet

    Ladies, Gentlemen and trolls:

In light of all the things that have gone on here on this bulletin board at Creditnet. I'd like to take a moment and hopefully provide some advice to those of you who are new to this board or maybe just forgot you were on the internet:

    1. It's common knowledge that this board is being watched. While you may think that this board is secluded in it's own little world, it's not. It's an open discussion form for helping people and sharing ideas and solutions. There is no expectation of privacy. Collection Agencies, Creditors, and probably the government read messages on this board daily to gain information. Any posts that you make to this board are public. The only privacy you have is that you are using a alias username. Other than that your in a public place, like a street corner or a mall. You have no real privacy or expectation of anonominity.

    2. Regardless of who you are and the situations you are in. You came here for help or to share your ideas or opinions to help other people. Flame wars and the like are not what I personally came here to read. I personally came here to help and get help with my situations. Regardless of who you are, be mindful of the fact that these are people your talking to. People come in all shapes, colors and mentalities. We need to learn as humans to take some people's opinions with a grain of salt and continue on helping each other out. It's a waste of space.

    3. Don't come here and claim to be big brother. The government is not in the business (duh) of making themselves known. If there are people monitoring this board, you can look at it in two ways: Either the information presented here is of interest to them for their own private matters or there is reason to believe that something illegal may be going on here. I personally know of nothing illegal, so I'm betting on the first reason, myself. It is illegal to present yourself as something you are not. Should the authorities wish to, they can and will put you behind bars. See #1 for reasons why.

    4. If you dispute what someone said or think they are lying, don't make a big deal out of it. Take it with a grain of salt. Some people don't speak clear enough nor do they write well enough to articulate themselves. Ask for clarification, but why slam someone? Something they may have said, might still be of use to you.

    5. For those of you reading the LKH topic, that's a different issue all together. It goes to show that there are trolls out there who take it upon themselves to personally attack people for no reason. Hopefully Highway will not be back. But take heed of what I say, and don't be stupid. We are all intelligent people. Don't try to claim to be something you aren't in an attempt to scare people. You just might find yourself in a world of trouble. It's not only immoral but it's also illegal.

    6. You don't know who your talking to, what they do for a living or who they work for. You can make assumptions all you want, but it's best advised that you take heed of where you are and the comments that you make.

Hopefully this will be a helpful reminder of basic internet understanding to some of you. Remember where you are and why creditnet is here and what you really came here for. What's the point in arguing over inconsistencies and irrevelant information? It's up to you to figure out your own path, and while we all work together to guide each other, we have to make decisions for ourselves and stick with them. Good or Bad, I'm not you and your not me. We all have our problems, don't take yours out on someone else.

Uhh, you have me mistaken for someone else. Go back and re-read the other messages. I don't know who you are, but since you claim to be a law enforcement agent, then you should be able to provide proper proof. Of which you have yet to provide.

I have treated you with respect, courtesy and with humor. Nothing more. You are making some serious threats and accusations that I hope you are prepared to back up.

Your confusing me with someone else. I personally don't care who you really are. But the information is obtainable, should you continue to harass people on this bulletin board. Someone else posted who you are, I suggest you direct your comments to them.

And to add to that, I don't think you've said anything at all. CN? Is that Creditnet? I don't know what you're talking about. Please explain further. I don't use a dialup account, I have a DSL account. My internet provider is Pacbell not CN.

Who cares who keeps logs of anything. You make absolutely no sense whatsoever. I guess I'll fax a copy of this with the rest of your senseless posts and ramblings.

    Dark,
Well said! I applaud you for trying to take the "high road"...but it's obvious this bozo wants to make a big scene and get everyone's attention. Oh and Doc...I think you should add OCD as a secondary diagnosis for our friend.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Not 1 thread, not 2 threads, NOW 3 threads!

You are getting to be an irritant, highway, with your idle threats and lame attempts and intimidation and manipulation.

    1. LKH responded to your bogus and outright untruthful demands and offered to meet you at the courthouse, above and beyond I say, but an offer nonetheless.

    2. Darkdoj was responding to your claims to being in law enforcement, FBI and a public official. You were the one impersonating and implying your position and association. He too offered you confidential email correspondence and recourse.

    3. The address that was posted was a po box. Does this mean that Doc was right all along despite your protests and pretending to be in another state? The quote above then would indeed be a bobby confirmation!

    4. You are the one making idle threats!

If the server was going to shutdown creditnet, I've all confidence pbm would let us know.

If 6 members out of the 3,000-ish members are being investigated by the FBI, then produce a badge number or something official so we can be forewarned.

YOU are the one making threats and being intimidating.

YOU are the one that are provoking and pretending to be something you are not.

YOU are the one slandering, challenging, threatening, intimidating, harassing and stalking, LKH.

YOU are the one exhibiting criminal behavior and posts by your own choosing.

If you are forwarding threads to anyone for action, be SURE you send them all -- most importantly your incriminating statements.

In fact, let's just link all related threads right here:

I am done responding to your threads, that is the best way to deal with goobers.

I'm clicking on alert so pbm can deal with you.

Walk your talk or stop talking, will ya!

I'm putting highway on notice that I will be in contact. Other than that I'm ignoring his threads for now. I still stand behind the original content of this message.

I have a relay in France! I also have a relay in Saskatchewan! Also, I have relays on Easter Island, Tuvalu, and the Port of Spain!

The reason I have these relays is so that I can harass people and nobody will know who I am! Just like poor Robert Gray who didn't go away.

    Woo woo me.

    Hey Doc,

You know what? I have some I.D. info on a guy named Robert Gray who also goes by Robert Young? Do you think it is the same person? Do you think if I posted all the info I have on him, that you would know if it is the same Robert Gray/Young? LOL

    DarkDOJ,

I must have missed a post. Is this "Highwayman" now claiming to be an FBI agent? Seriously?

If so, I might be able to help. I am currently working with the FBI in the Los Angeles office on another matter. I have been working with an agent out of that office. He specializes in Internet fraud.

I know that law enforcement takes it pretty serious when people claim to be law enforcement agents when they are not, or even abuse their authority if they are. Should I ask him about this idiot?

Can you give me a link the post where he makes these claims? I can tolorate trolls. This crosses the line.

    Thanks.

I just read the thread. There is nothing of substance that I would bother with.

All I see is some impotent loser sitting at home in his underwear writing vauge and meaningless threats to people. In fact, he sounds like one of those nut cases I see walking around town babbling to themselves and wearing aluminum foil on their heads to keep the aliens from controlling their brains.

My advice. Stop feeding the trolls.

    Thanks.

Just read the whole LKH thread. I've spoken to a local agent in San Diego about it already. I can't tolerate someone giving law enforcement agencies a bad rap by pretending to be something your not. Working for one, I see the challenges that are faced everyday. We don't need people like this in society.

Dogman, I'm a little surprised by your response. After all the trouble this guy has caused over the years on this board, with Lexington and probably countless others. I suppose if it was any of you guys being attacked, you might feel differently. As for me, I'm tired of it. And I'm tired of this punk attacking me because I helped put a stop to his nonsense last year. As far as I'm concerned, he needs to be nailed to the wall and punished as much as possible.

BTW - I was at the courthouse yesterday at 10am and he was a no show, as I figured.
