I have a neg. TL on EX that is from BMMCY/FDSB and the account was closed in 1995. I know because I remember getting notices form CA's about it. I went BK7 in 2001 and included the CC debt mentioned above. So Im disputing as obsolete because the 7 yrs was up in 2002. However I am doing it online and it shows a status date of 2/2001 ( that is also the date that the debt was discharged in BK) Does this status date mean the account was reaged because of the BK7?
