IN THE STATE OF TEXAS: I have a Judgement, and now that I have the money, I want to pay it though it was not a fair Judgement, is still affecting my credit. She moved out and now I I can't find her. Is there another way to pay it?
    Thank you for any guidance.

Well, here is what I would do...

Type up a letter, send it CMRRR, to the address where the court judgement says that the plaintiff is at.

If it comes back returned to sender, I would them go to the court house and see what they say, since there is no way you can pay it, if there is no way for you to obtain valid contact information.

Remember though, a PAID JUDGEMENT still affects your credit, and almost to the same extent as an UNPAID JUDGEMENT, it just looks better for an underwriter who is doing a manual review of your credit file.
