If you haven't used a card in a year and it's your oldest line, does this still help you in terms of FICO?
This is going to be a round-about way of saying "I don't know", but unless the bank reports the account as inactive, I don't think there is a way to tell an account with NO activity vs. an account that is paid-in-full every month just by looking at a credit report.
Wrong, there is a way. Usually the amount due as of last satement is reported. If there is zero, you did not use the card at all.
