I have a few accounts on my reports that say included in BK. If I get these off a few at a time-- does your score go up even though you have the BK is on the report?
I had a CH 13 (do did my DH) with a BUNCH of "included in bk" accounts. I have had most of the bks deleted. I am still fighting some stubborn "included in" accts across all CB's. It has been my experience that each one of these "unrated" accounts has an effect on your score. In my case, FICO tends to go up 7 points per deletion. I have never had more than that including when the bk was deleted. Interestingly, my husband now has only 1 neg on one CB and 2 on another. Neither of these 2 CB's are reporting the bk. With both of the 2 neg's under dispute, his score went up 110 points. I have read this on this board before--you get the big increases with the deletion of the LAST derog. His score tells me this is true.
