I recently found that a creditor reported me as having a bankruptcy and an incorrect address also. They have told me I have to contact all of the agencies to have it removed. Don't they have the burden of proof? I have never had a bankruptcy and this has done quite a bit of damage to my attempt to improve my credit rating. Can someone give me advice on how to handle this and possibly a website to go to for sample letters. Thank you.
