It showing BK date as 2 months later(May). Is it worth disputing saying bk was in March, or should I dispute when last used (that Aug). Its already been 5 years so we are talking about it falling off a year from now, a year and a half, or 2 yrs.
Since the BK on your CR has a May date, and you BK has a March date.... It must not be yours. Maybe it is somebody elses' and yours in on theirs? When I first started my repair was afraid to use the 'not mine' on stuff that I knew was mine. Thinking I would get in some type legal trouble. But when you consider the FCRA says '100% accurate', then it does not belong on your CR if it is not 100% accurate. So as you can see, the BK you are seeing on your report is 'not yours', since yours is from March.
