    Hi folks!

Sorry it took me soo long to get back to the board about whether the CRAS keep old deleted matters for up to a year so that the creditors can review them.

Well apparently the person I spoke to was mistaken and it is actually the credit card company that keeps your information up to a year. Apparently when yu apply for application and was denied and then later approved, they keep your credit report on file and if they did any PRMS, they keep those on file for a year also as well as te ARs.

I confirmed this with one of the supervisor of credit management at one of the CCC. But i asked what if I was a victim of fraud and he said then I would have to request a new report be pulled as well provide documentation that I was a victim of fraud or for what ever reason I claim the derogs are incorrect.

I am still skeptical but it would make sense. The CRAS could not be that foolish. But then again they get away with a lot on a day to day basis, so nothing would really surprise me.

I hope this enlightens the board!
