Indy Star story on credit lawyer

    Thought some folks might be interested in this article about a lawyer who successfully fights debt collectors (though I thought it was unnecessarily sympathetic to the collection agencies):

    Cool story. I checked into this guy a little further and found a howler. One client had his credit ruined by Equifax because they used his account as "training" for employees. At the end he had around 600 inquiries on his CR!!! Link below:

    Thanks ShyGuy and Bauhaus, great links! What a nightmare that poor guy went through. Just when you thought you've seen it all, something like this pops up.....unbelievable! With stuff like this happening consumers sure could use a few more attorney's like Shepard on their side. Again thanks for the great read.
