Experian sends me notice yesterday that my items were previously investigated in October and they do not intend to investigate them again? WTF? They are killing me. I have two items that are hindering me from the world. THis is crazy! Help! Help!

They have done the same to all of us. I don't know what to do at this point but send them proof that I have tried to validate it and received nothing from the collection agencies. Also I want to fax them a copy of where TU and Equ have deleted the item. I hope it works because Experian is the worst!

If they didn't label it frivolous... there's NOTHING in the FCRA about number of times limits... and, case law shows that when a consumer submits information showing subscriber information is inaccurate, the cras are held to a higher standard of investigation...
