   Does anyone know when the present Equal Opportunity Act was created in the form we know it today? When was the last time it was amended?
   
   I know changes were made to the FCRA in 1999.
   
   I am trying to figure out if the rules of the present ECOA apply to an account created in 1993? Thanks Diane
