I asked Sears to remove me from being an Authorized User on my hubbys charged off account so that it could be removed from credit report. (My last derogg) This was after futile attempts to get is removed by arguing that AU's are not responsible for payment. So low and behold Experian and /or Sears changes the terminology under "Responsibility" from "Authorized User" to "Not Responsible". What kind of game are they playing? The entire charge off history is still on my report? Diane143
A computer will NOT be able to "SEE" the NOT RESPONSIBLE part...(I ASSUME)...and it would still be in the BADDIE section... I will take $500 today...or $1,000 in court.
Any great ways to dispute this? I just started a whole new investigation saying that the history and details of an acount appear on my report that I am not responsible for.
