Hi! I had an account with Sears. It was opened in 1995 and the last time I paid on it was 1998. On one of my CR's it shows charged off, on another it shows Collection Account/ Account transferred or sold. So, today I called one of the agencies that had another of my collecion accounts because I am trying to negotiate settlements and get my credit cleaned up! They said they also had Sears account there, THe name of the agency was Arrow Collections, then she said, Oh wait, no, Sears has taken that account back, so you would have to call Sears to discuss this one! Does this mean that Sears is getting ready to sue me since they took it back? The balance is over $4000, so I know it is a huge amount! Has anyone had any experience with this type thing??
