    Anyone can run a Credit Header on anyone if they have their name.
    It is perfect Legal..

    Gee, Bobby you said this several months ago, complete with the same grammatical mistakes.

    You still have to have a legally permissible reason to run a header (verification of address, SSN, etc.) You certainly cannot run a header and then post the information on a public bulletin board. Every credit bureau requires its subscribers to maintain confidentiality of records. You have clearly violated this policy.
