Gee, Bobby you said this several months ago, complete with the same grammatical mistakes. You still have to have a legally permissible reason to run a header (verification of address, SSN, etc.) You certainly cannot run a header and then post the information on a public bulletin board. Every credit bureau requires its subscribers to maintain confidentiality of records. You have clearly violated this policy.
