I am trying to remove an item that is not mine from 2 of cra's. The collection agency is called Berks Credit and Collections, and has no idea what the debt is for, it just says first omni, but he had the wrong DOB, but the right SSN. I told him to remove it, and he told me he'd change it to disputed, and would order from his broker the application, which will take 6 months. I disputed the item w/ equifax, and experian, and they verified it, so what am I to do now? How do I get it removed, I've heard about injunctive relief, how do I go about filing for that?
