Has anyone ever used this strategy? If so did it work? My understanding is you dispute your credit report through an attorney and if you can prove the CRA is reporting inaccurate info they have to stop reporting everything at once. All you pros out there, have you heard of such a thing?
hmm. I have a court complaint filed right now with an injunctive relief claim included. The truth is...I'm not really sure what this all will result in. They definitely are falsely reporting me. However, it is not clear whether an injunctive relief relates to removal of false information from the credit file, or if it just relates to the reporting of further false information to the credit bureaus. I'm curious to know if anyone can answer this from first hand trial experience.
