    KHM,

Thats the same exact "form" response I got.

I sent an email to the law firm that darkdoj mentioned in this Innovis thread. I sent it on 1/31 and haven't heard back from them.

Thank you Pat, I knew you'd chime in with the thread I was looking for, and I didn't even have to ask :)
I just went to that Millberg site and file a complaint, so hopefully the more of us that go to them, maybe it will get their attention.
    Thanks again Pat!

They probably won't respond. I sent back a similar email after the "form" response. They didn't respond to it.

Then again, I could be wrong. I got a letter in the mail today. Apparently addressing my stronger second email to them.

    Letter:
    ----------------------------------------------------
    Dear Consumer:

We have received your request for a copy of your Innovis credit report. We are unable to access a credit report at this time with the information that you have provided. Our operational systems do not contain any information about you.

Innovis is developing a credit database and currently Innovis does not provide on-line credit reports to businesses where you apply for credit, insurance, or employment. We are hopeful in the near future; we can be of assistance to you.

If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 800-540-2505.

    Sincerely,
    Consumer Relations Center

Ask for the credit report by US MAIL...I think they are walking a fine line by SPOUTING the "WE CAN'T GIVE YOU A REPORT ON-LINE"...

Thats not what it says George. It says they don't provide on-line credit reports to businesses where I apply for credit, insurance or employment.

The first paragraph says they don't have any info on me based on the info I provided them (the same stuff I give to the other CRAs).

It still sounds pretty generic. Did they even check? or is that a new stock answer?

The last line is the killer:
We are hopeful in the near future; we can be of assistance to you.
Does that mean that they will have it soon or will be supplying it to businesses soon?

If you look for a post I made a few weeks ago titled Innovis. You will find the name of the person to contact at Millberg. I have not received any information from anyone to forward on to him, but the two emails I got from him said that they would be looking into the matter and to forward any correspondence I receive from Innovis. When I get home tonight I will repost the email to this forum. They do seem interested thus far.

    darkdoj,
I did try to email you. It still says its turned off. I emailed Millberg all my correspondence with Innovis and all the information I've collected on Innovis. I didn't get a reply. Are you sure his email address is RONG@mwbhl.com?

Did you read the letter I got above? They are now claiming that they don't have any info on me.

Okay, I could've sworn I turned it on. At any rate, I turned it on this time and sent myself a message to verify it works. Send away. :>
