I got the same thing. Says they don't provide online reports to busniesses where you apply for credit, insurance, or employment. This wording tells me they think they are lawful in what they are doing. we must educate them through the courts.!
Sorry I'll check it when I get home. I'm at work until Midnight tonight. Looks like we have a winner, I called them today and guess what? They guy on the phone told me that they aren't entitled to provide me a report because they are still building their client database and therefore aren't "ready" to open up to the public. Innovis isn't needed. They are going to try and provide new tools to screen people.
i just emailed them and requested info on obtaining my credit report than i will jump in with the class action

darkdoj, Your email is still off I imagine that we can now email/mail these guys our collective info. I'm guessing that they can put together that it is all about Innovis. I'm going to reference all my previous info that I've found on Innovis. I'll ask them to provide a reference number or something we can use for future people who want to send them their information.
I fixed it today. Sorry about that. Man, have I got a serious headache. I need a new monitor at work.
Took four as perscribed. Headache gone, and I went and got a new 17inch out of our warehouse. Mucho Better.
