I have 12 inquires on experian(4 from MBNA!), 5 on equifax, 4 on transunion for the past 6-9 months. While they stay on for 2 yrs, do they stop being considered after 6 months or a year. It seems like my state loves experian. 1/2 of the inquires werent even new credit but asking for credit increases causesd reports to be pulled. Stupid me. Other were multiple reports pulled. Either way I have the CCs I want now except for my wanting to replace Cap 1 with Chase/Fleet/Citibank so I'm content for a yr...
