guys,, Experian has my SS number as my sisters,,,,, My sister applied for some credit this week,,, she was approved for a card, called them,,, and they were telling her her name is my name! low and behold when I just took a look at CE and EQ sure enuff I have four new hards,,,, from my sister.... uhhhhh have any of you had success in just calling EQ and EQ on the phone to dispute inquiries,,,, and contacts you guys know,? or Iam gonna be forced to send a total of 8 RRR to the CRAs thanks,, lil gong

no I really dont think she ever did,,,,, its all my own real info on experian is just they list hers as my SS number,,,, I had her AM Ex on my report,,,,, it just pooped up last year, got it off,, Im kinda angry cause I have read on other threads their response is,,,,, " we dont investigate inquires, write the company" hell man,, I even read here a guy had to sue MBNA to get rid of an inquiry,,,, uhhhhh,, k
Re: Re: Inquiries AGAIN Your problem isn't the inquiries, it's that Experian is confusing your credit file with your sisters. If you take care of that, then the inquiries will go away, and more importantly, you won't have this problem in the future. They can be reached at 1 (888) 397-3742

Re: Re: Inquiries AGAIN When we lived out of the country, and had a need for certified mail, or mass mail in the US I bundled everything into one envelope, mailed to a friend in the US, who mailed them out for me, then returned the green cards in one envelope when they came back to her address. Saved us lots of money.
