Is it a violation for a CA who made a inquiry of your credit report when such CA has not validated pursuant to FDCPA?

I have inquiries from CA's on all 3 of my reports....what's the best way to approach deletion and at what point are these in violation of "permissable purpose"?

    Thanks.

pulling a report is collection activity, Section 809(b) says no collection activity can be done without validation.

Does anyone know a sure-fire way to get inquiries deleted? Please help.

lbrown, from the original posters question that the company had never validated, it would be presumed that they had requested validation.
