Man, if anyone can ever figure that out they will be....worth more money than Fair, Isaac and Company. But in case it helps. I recently lost 8 points on experian for one inquiry. Conversely, I gained 4 points on equifax after two inquiries. Just now way to predict. It just safe to assume that an inquiry will cost you points and might be negated by the addition of a trade line.
