I am noy sure if this has been answered before or not. I have several inquires on my reports from a CA (Law Firm) on a account that is several years old. It seems interesting that you have to give permission to everybody and thier brother to pull an inquiry but yet CA's have free riegn to pull your report anytime they want. The original credit holder was an old bill and there was never any contract that stipulated that they could pull my credit and never had permission from me. This turned into a judgement. Trying to decide the course of action to take. Thanks All
