    ok, what would you do? I disputed my exp inquiries on the 17th. exp shows the results should be in by the 16th, a full 30 days. Well, I found out yesterday that in my state the CRA's only have 21 days. Should I wait until day until the 21 days are over, and call demanding deletion? What do you think my chances are??

    I now have all the CRA's on violations in this matter!!

    I am impressed you got them to even put the inquiries in dispute. Every time I call they tell me to shove off.

    Don't be impressed, I used Docs trick this weekend. I have 8 hards in dispute. I doubt many will fall off, but it's worth a try. But, if on day 22 they are still in dispute, I wonder if I can call them and tell them time is up. What would they do?

    Hi Tracy,

    You'll want to wait out the 21 days PLUS the 5 days they have to notify you.

    Yes, on the 27th day I'd call them and offer one of 2 choices;

    1) Delete today
    2) Get sued

    Don't be threatening tho. Start by trying to make a friend of the CSR. If they won't delete the best way to get your point accross about #2 is to request the name, address and phone number of their registered agent.

    They'll get the idea.

    Good luck, keep us posted.
