Has anyone here (besides Christine from Bayhouse ) dealt with suing either a CRA or a creditor for inquiries? What happened? If you did this, please post or email me privately. I really am planning at least one lawsuit.
Looks like somebody is going to have to do something pretty soon, don't it? BTW Let me pitch a wild-eyed curve ball at you rigth about now. Guarantee you its a wild one and is one of those famous off the wall and out to lunch ideas I got. One of those "wouldn't it be nice if" type things. If the CRAs could be saddled up with GLBA. Now that would be a cute one indeed. Assume that their scores were things of valuable consideration. (well, aren't they?) Assume that they were worth money. (well, aren't they?) Are they "our" scores or are they just lending or leasing them to us while retaining full right, title and interest thereto? Are they then a lending institution? Food for thought or an old man's Alzheimer attack? LOL
