I disputed online with experian about an inquiry that was on my cr. They removed it. I had printed the CR with that inquiry on there. It is a collection agency that I never heard of. I never recieved anything in the mail from them. It was just a hard inquiry. Can you sue over these type of inquires? The collection agencies that do a hard inquiry, but never send you anything? It is deleted now, so should I just leave it alone?
Thanks. I think that is most likey the best action. It was removed from the CR and that is what I needed. Could use $$ for it being there, but don't think I need the hassle.
