Sorry for the redundancy, but I just spent half the day overhauling the whopulledmycredit resource. I realize some people think graphics are a waste of time, lol, but I like them. As a more practical matter, the resource now includes a standardized form for submitting inquiries, and all charts have been updated. Doc
