The other day I was about to buy two iphones so I went on line thru APPLE/ATT and did the credit app and then it came back and told me I was approved and was about to do the ordering of two, and then someone came in and I forget about it. Now checking my emails I was notified an inquiry was made. SOooooooooooo what I want to know if I go on line to order n iphone again will there be a second inquiry and would this counts as a second or only count as ONE as it is the same compnay and only a few days apart? Woofer
HOw it worked was you go on line click on the one you want, they say you need to get approval so a credit check will be done,so you give them your SS number and DOB and then it comes back and says approved. I then was supposed to click on which one I wanted and never got that far. I don't see where there is any number to call.. Woofer
I *think* I will call customer service ATT for iphone and then tell them what happened (of course they won't know why I should care if I get another inquiry) ... DUH but if I give them my email addy and social they may have it already in the system like a pre approval. I will let you know what happens although now I am waiting a few weeks as a new iphone is coming out. : )
Rjm I recived a bill from then for over 2000.00. Frist off the place they listed I was NEVER at and the bill was for 1994!!!! I'm in ohio. I called them and informed them of this they said they would erase the debt. I'm like RIGHT and I have grown a second head! lol I told them I wanted it in writing...I got hung up on. Is there a form I can download and send to them. This is NOT my debt! The place they list Never exsisted!
