can anybody tell me how to dispute hard inquiry's from my credit report please. I need this done from equifax only. Please help.
yes, they were made with permissable purpose by me. Any advice on how to get rid of them would be greatly appreciated.
you cant.... its that simple. you did something now you pay for it. in the future think twice about having your credit run. now if they were run and you didn't give permission...so lets say someone else fraudulently obtained your personal information and was trying to apply for credit in your name then what you might want to do first is send letters to each company that ran your credit asking them to remove it. make copies of everything and send registered mail. once that wont work which it wont you can contact the cra directly to see if they will remove them because they were done fraudulently... hope it helps
You might also get redundant multiple inquiries by the same entity removed. Also in looking at cars, salesmen have been known to run reports without PP. If you were financing elsewhere, paying cash, or had not even decided to buy, and did not give them permission, they would have no PP since there was no transaction initiated by the consumer involving an extension of credit. The negative effects of inquiries on FICO fade relatively fast. A couple inquiries every 6 months has little effect if you have otherwise good credit.
DONT BELIEVE THEM YOU can GET INQ OFF OF EQ AT LEAST. DO AN EMAIL INV AND PUT NOT MINE. WORKS EVERYTIME. AS FOR THE OTHERS NOT TOO SURE.

I disputed my inquirys off my equifax report and they came right off. I could not believe that it worked. A total of seven came off that were on there from this prior year.
