On my latest report I have noticed that my student loans show as installment loans. I've heard various opinions that student loans "don't count". My banker manually reviewed my report once and said that (since I didn't have to qualify for it). But... Anyone have any knowledge as to whether these loans would count in Fico models as "installments"? If so, I don't need to add an installment loan...
