Insufficient validation...

I wrote to a CA that has two accounts for my DH listed on his credit reports asking for validation.

They replied yesterday, not CRRR. First of all they sent me only itemized printouts from their own computers, which I will address. A cover letter is included stating that these are the accounts they have on record for DH as of June 2, 2003.

But here is the odd thing... of the two accounts they sent back only one is listed on DH's CR. The other isn't, and the other account listed on DH's reports had no information sent on it.

    ???????

I will send the second val. letter CRRR. Should I cite improper validation? Or pretend I never got this letter?

Should I send out three seperate letters now for the 3 (?) accounts? Or will one do?

I would send a copy of the letter that they sent you and say - this isn't proper validation, if you can't PROPERLY validate within 15 days from receipt, remove the listing. Would include all 3 accounts in the same letter.

Thanks, that is along the lines of what I was thinking.

Anyone have anything else to add?
