I just recived notice from IRS " Intend of levy " I screw up my installment payment for last 2 months , I owe $1800 for 1998. any advice?
From past experience, you need to call them and explain the situation to them. They will reinstatement your installment agreement; however it will cost you the $43 reinstatement fee. If you don't do this and you work, consider your paycheck garnished for somewhere around 80% of take home pay. I strongly suggest you call them. JP
