with my its to one of the cra's it was ignored, i had to file suit (but i won). with the its i sent to a ca for a medical collection, they removed the collection accounts (there were two) and sent me the letter verifying the accounts removal. I think the key is sending the small claims form with the 48 hr fax. that got me a response... and spending a little time searching so that it goes to the ceo/president or exec offices.
