I am sending a final letter to EQUIFAX, it is an INTENT TO SUE LETTER, but I am not sure which address i should send it to? the address that is listed on my credit report (this is where I send all of my disputes) OR the Office of consumer affairs address? I found the address online, and believe it may be the main headquarters.. any suggestions are greatly appreciated
