Who would you address an intent to sue letter to at a company (Allstate)? My previous letters to the "executive assistant" obviously weren't taken seriously.
Allstate Insurance Company Allstate Indemnity Company Allstate Property and Casualty Company Domicile State: Illinois Home offices: 2775 Sanders Road, Northbrook, IL 60062 This appears to be HQtrs per their website. I tried to look up company officers names (they never ignore you) and found only IVY BENNETT MARKETING EXECUTIVE at the above address. There are other addresses according to Life, property, Auto etc on the site also.
