Intent to sue next?

    DH sent validation to ARM 12-4-02. Sent Estoppel 2-4-03. No response so far. Send the intent to sue next, correct? Thanks, Patti

    Only if you are going to follow through with it if they still don't respond.

    That brings up a good question. If a CA sends me a letter threatening to sue me and they never follow through, I think thats a violation (someone please correct me if I'm wrong). But does the door swing both ways? When you send out the ITS letter after the estoppel letter to a CA and you are so shivering scared that you never intented on suing them, can they come back on you?

    Regardless, I am taking Bill and Butch's advice and I'm reading and studying every shred of info that I can find on suing a CA. I have not reached the point of having to file suit yet..........
