I sent out my intent to sue today to a CA. gave them 4 more days to comply. used a modified letter of Butch's (thanks Butch) wish me luck.
Re: intent to sue sent BUTCH OMG...BUTCH!! MY HERO! I sent the fax not 20 minutes ago, already I have a return fax claiming they are in the process of fixing it and they are updating the information with the credit bureaus! damn that was fast! lets see if they follow through.
