Am from Atlanta, GA. Can you please tell me where I might find what the legal rate for credit card interest is in the State of GA. I cannot locate that info. The Bank in question is Cross Country Bank, which I believe is domiciled in Boca Raton, FL. Do I have to go by the legal rate in Florida or Georgia? Thanks alot for any assistance.
The rate for the state where the CC Co. is located applies . That's why most if not all Cos. are located in the same 2 or 3 states. There are no rate caps in those states.
