    Good Article to Read

    I didnt find anything negative about the article. If anything it was a positive article about Capital One and how it monitors its customers to give the best service. I admit to only reading about 80% of it skipping some lines here and there, but I found it to be educational.

    I agree with Mike, more power to Capital One.

    Let's face it the only people who could hate a company like this is people with crappy credit, and who's to blame for their crappy credit?
