Found this at www.bankersonline.com scroll to courtwatch and then elect FCRA. It's Phillips vs Grendal. Kinda of a no good deed goes unpunished sort of thing. Intersting thing was the conclusion at the end that created a defense for someone who really doesn't know what they're doing and they don't have a pp under the FCRA.
