can they ask for criminal record, tax return, copy of driver license, copy of social security, and a lot more
I sued one of the CB and they sent me first set of interrogatories and they ask me to supply all of these .
Do i have to answer all these or can i object to them since these question have nothing to do with my law suit against ,

The answer I'd give for some of these (especially the criminal record):

"Question is not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence."

The SSN, since it's typically supplied at time of application, probably is a reasonable request.
