I just signed up for the equifax free trial since thats where my last 2 negatives remain. It seems pretty cool. So I try to investigate and neither of the 2 negatives would show up on the investigation form! I have already had these items investigated in the past, but its been a year or so and time to try again. Has this happened to anyone else? Am I locked out from an online investigation? guess I'll do the old faithful USPS
