Has anyone ordered the free credit report? I did but all that popped-up was my personal information. NO CREDIT REPORT! I logged off and logged back in thinking this would help. But all I got was a message saying that my credit report had expired! What's the deal! I never got to see it! I sent them an e-mail but I haven't received a response. Anyone have a phone number for these people?
Try to place your personal information exactly as your experian report. I tried Iplace for several days and finally I got it. They give you a track number and password.
I didn't get a tracking number or password. Does this mean that they couldn't verify? Should I try again being careful to match my Experian report?
And make sure javascript and cookies are turned on. It made a difference for me, because my experience was the same as yours but I finally got it.
