I haven't been able to get a new report either. I have been getting the same report number for the last 4 days. Maybe because items are being disputed/investigated?????
I haven't been able to get through all week. Again this morning I am blocked and I get the same message: "...experiencing problems. Please try again later." I want to know if my disputes are being investigated and I'm tired of waiting!
I haven't been able to pull a report online since May 1st. I keep receiving an error saying "we are experiencing system problems, you may want to try again later". I've called them almost every day, and get thae same story "we are still looking into the problem and working with our tech help department". It got to the point where I just said FORGET it and give me my money back - which they did.
