I was wondering if anyone has ever SEEN or knows where one can find out what IRS Form 10916(c), "Withdrawal of Filed Notice of Federal Tax Lien" looks like??? I thought the IRS website had to have all forms available on theri website but it does not, and isn't such a form public info anyhow if one wants to see what they look like??

    Appreciate any input -

It's not a form you file, so it's not on the website. If you file a form 12277 and they grant the request, they send the form. I doubt that you can get a copy of it without applying for the withdrawal and getting an approval.

yes and what is even more interesting is that in terms of forms IRS sends out, there is pratically an image of every single one on the internet somewhere, but not of the approved withdraw of lien....so I think the 12277 is a red herring the IRS throws out there, and they have never been approved, ever, not one.
