I posted a rather long story earlier,but I am hoping that there are some legal eagles here can answer this one. Is a lender REQUIRED to notify you if a CO-SIGNER on a loan has filed CH13. My husband was the principal on this loan the bank NEVER advised him that the co-signer was filing,in order for my husband to refinance this laon in his name before it went to Bk We now have a CO on report because of this.
