   SOL in MA is 6 years for contracts, 20 years (!!!) for judgements. I have two state tax liens dated '97 and IF a lien is not a judgement, I could get them deleted.
   
   I have a feeling a lien is treated as a judgement, but I'm looking for anyone's experience and wisdom here. Thanks!
