nah..as long as you snail mail, probably still have just as much of a chance as ever.

never worked for me anyway...seemed during the holidays they'd 'verify' crap even faster than usual.

The "IDEA" is that they have everybody on VACATION and the people that are there are OVER-WORKED and they have to RUSH and they DELETE "BADDIES" instead of doing research...or they take LONGER THAN 30 DAYS so you can get $$$$$ and make the "BADDIE" go...

BUT IT "EXISTS"...so HOW COULD IT BE DEAD???

GEORGE, I actually saw this in a post on creditboards. This person had "heard" it, whatever that means. It could've been a troll. But could it be true ? I didn't see any rush of success stories following last year's CHOD.

Last years CHOD was a bust.

The CRA's kicked out lots of disputes because of no ID, frivolous, etc.

And the disputes that went thru were verified within days.

I think my CYA letter needs to get heavily used after this year. Should be interesting to see what turns up.

Do a search for "guerilla" and "stuck".

That's what I figured. I think the year before last was relatively successful, but I didn't see much of anything from last year.

THEY PROBABLY GET PAID A BONUS OF $100 EVERY TIME THEY CAN USE FRIVOLOUS IN THE LETTER...

It seems to me that the ideal date for CHUD would be to initiate disputes on Thursday, December 11th. Disputes would be due, Sunday, January 11th. That way they lose a weekend at the beginning, a weekend at the end, as well as the Christmas and New Years holidays.

I started this battle last Nov. CHOD works and if its dead then theoretically everyone out there has great credit.

I plan to send them a few Christmas Card disputes this year as well.

Its only dead if we kill it!

I HAVE "PERFECT" CREDIT....although I don't have "PERFECT" credit reports!!!

They say they want 100% correct and 100% accurate...BUT THEY DON'T EVER GET THAT WAY!!!

I have been working ON AND OFF FOR 20 YEARS ON THAT PROBLEM!!!
