or did they get served? I haven't been able to pull a credit report all day. Can log in and see that my score dropped by nine points for some reason, but can't pull my report to see why.

No problems here. Got score and report. No change in report or score.

I was able to get in today, no problem.

Thankfully - my score hasn't changed.

We're sorry. We experienced a system problem and we are unable to provide your personal credit report for online viewing at this time. You may want to try again later.

Does this mean I won't be able to use Credit Expert during the pendency of the lawsuit?

I'm getting the EXACT same thing, since Monday. I sued Experian as well, and am almost ready to settle, my contact inside Experian Mina Strawther, said that there was no block on my file, and CE should work fine.....my fiancee's works fine, but mine wont pull a CR...they are having tech support check into it. It really pisses me off too! But they said they'd give me free months.

I also am getting this EXACT message. I also previously sued Experian. Are they blocking us?

I DON'T WANT TO ASSUME. AND I "DID" CHECK THE NEWBIE THREAD. . .WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS WHEN THEY "BLOCK" YOU? I CAN'T GET ON ANYTHING RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I HAD A "FRAUD ALERT" ADDED TO MY FILE IN DECEMBER, JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS BECAUSE MY PURSE WAS STOLEN AND THEY WERE DRAINING MY ACCOUNTS WITHIN "HOURS". I JUST SENT LETTERS TO HAVE THEM REMOVED SO THAT I COULD USE CRA'S "ONLINE" SERVICES (and I gathered that it would hurt my credit score). HOW DO THEY BLOCK YOU, THOUGH?

Ender...during your lawsuit could you pull your cr? I thought Christi or someone mentioned that during their action they couldn't pull online.

On the fraud alert...I had one on my file for about a week (found out it wasn't a fraud account and had it removed), and it did not prevent me from pulling through Credit Expert.

    Grrrrr!

I am getting the same message when I try to dispute an item that has been already investigated twice. They have re-aged this account twice now. When I submit the investigation, I get that message.

I was able to submit an investigation for another accountduring the same session, but for this specific account, I get that message. I tried last night, and this morning. I just called Experian, and they are telling me that their systems have been down since 8:00 EST this morning. I think this is personal.

On a different note, I sent them a fax last friday. I did get the transmittal report saying the fax went through. The number was (972-390-3838).
So, talking with the rep this morning, I asked her if they received my fax. She tells me that they do not have a fax machine. They haven't had one for two months now. I waas like, not true. I did fax you something less than a month ago and it was taken care of. So, she puts me on hold. She comes back and says, we did receive a fax on March 28th. Our fax was cut off a month ago. I was like, You just said it was 2months ago. She goes, maybe we received it just before the cut off date. And who gave you that number anyway?
Anyway, she was caught on her lie. I told her that I do have documented proof, that I sent EXP a fax, and that it did go through. End of discussion.
    AAAAAAAAAArgh!!!!!!
