Yeah -- today it won't give me a score, claiming I have over 83 inquiries in the last six months. When I pull up my report I still see the same four inquiries all over a year old.
Yes, Score dropped 7 points, and simulator shows I have 20+ inquiries. In fact, I only have 2 inquiries according to my credit report. I spoke to them this morning and they are, they say, aware of the problem
It shows my installment debt is over $60,000 whereas it is really half that amount. M y score dropped 3 points because of the error.
I am having problems, too. It says I have 80 inquiries instead of the 5 real ones that are actually shown on my credit report. Fortunately, though, the increased inquiries have been counterbalanced by the 8316 point increase in my CreditExpert score. Maybe now I can get that Centurion card from AMEX. Woo Hoo !!! -chriscraft
Customer service is aware of the problem, they asked me not to log on for 48 hours as they are attempting to fix the problem. Obviously, it is affecting many of their subscribers. This should be least of our problems considering what is going on.
